Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Kanade Labs ("we") handles personal data across kanadelabs.com and its subdomains, and in our email correspondence.

What we collect

• Business contact details that companies publish on their own websites (company name and a general business email address), used to contact them about email-authentication issues visible in their public DNS records.
• Information you send us by email, such as your name, domain and DNS settings, when you ask for a report or a service.
• Public DNS records of domains, which are public by design.
• Website usage statistics from Google Analytics, as described below.

How we use it

Only to contact you about our services, prepare reports you request, deliver the work, and keep basic business records. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in offering relevant business services, or the performance of a contract you request. We do not sell or rent personal data, and we do not use tracking pixels or open tracking in our emails.

Analytics and cookies

Our websites use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use them. Analytics cookies are set only if you click "Accept" on the cookie notice; otherwise Google receives only cookieless, aggregate signals. Advertising features are disabled. You can change your choice at any time by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Opting out of email

Reply "stop" to any email from us, or write to [email protected]. We will stop contacting you and keep only a suppression record so we never email you again.

Processors and transfers

Email is handled by Google Workspace; analytics by Google Analytics; websites are hosted on Cloudflare. Payments, if any, are processed by the provider you choose (for example PayPal or Wise); we never see full card numbers. These providers may process data outside your country under their own safeguards.

Retention and your rights

We keep correspondence and records only as long as needed for the purposes above and for tax and legal obligations. You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data, or object to its use, at any time. If you are in the UK or EU you may also complain to your data protection authority.
